Digitalization Boosts Performance, Creates a Secure Information Environment

Joining up with Alibaba Cloud, Yingde Gases on March 25, 2022, successfully completed the top-benchmark migration of all system data to the cloud.

As technology and industry have evolved and advanced further, Yingde Gases has made a big push into digital transformation, making it the driving force of corporate growth and development. At present, digital transformation has reached deep into business operations. In the areas of information security and system performance, Yingde Gases has become even more demanding. This system data migration, with the help of advanced, stable, reliable, secure and compliant cloud technology infrastructure services, satisfies the group¡¯s exigent need for cloud computing, terabyte-scale storage, and high availability.

The migration involved more than 100 servers, with key data spread across several dozen databases and applications ¨C a combined volume of 40 terabytes. Yingde Gases and Alibaba Cloud¡¯s technical experts formed a joint project team for migration planning and execution. At completion, only 60 days were needed to finish this incredibly massive data migration.

With this new development, Yingde Gases is upgrading its digital infrastructure once again, realizing across-the-board, fully digitalized management, fine-tuning performance for improved efficiency, achieving Yingde Gases¡¯ strategic goal to go deeper into the domestic market while expanding business overseas. The migration has also made the system faster and more stable, the data firewall stronger, and data security management more enhanced. A secure and reliable information environment will act as the company¡¯s safeguard for sustainable development and innovation.
